Emma was very helpful with my query before I placed my order. Order arrived very quickly.

The instructions were American (using language like faucet which worried me if US plumbing is different to UK) and incredibly vague and not specific or written for the first time installers perspective. Your marketing and sales teams all state how incredibly easy it is to install and I completely disagree. I am reasonable at DIY and would have expected much clearer written instructions as to installation. My advice to EMWC is to deploy a technical author asap. My advice to any potential user - get a plumber to do this or you risk a leak. The product is great (5 stars) but the service is not (1 star).

Reverse Osmosis water is very important to us. To have pure water
to drink is essential....free from chemicals and hidden 'nasties' in the water.

Really helpful advise and very prompt shipping that really helped us get moving. Would recommend and we will be coming back. Thanks
